Mireinainsurance provides insurance brokerage and compliance assistance for the trucking community and individual drivers. We serve clients in California and Arizona.

Our services include insurance quoting and placement, as well as permit and compliance support (e.g., corporation setup, BOIR, DOT, MC, EPN, MCP, BOC‑3, UCR), DMV registration assistance, 2290 road tax facilitation, General Liability and Clean Truck Check coordination.

Any underwriting decision is solely that of the insurance carrier. We are not responsible for carrier decisions, delays, or declines. You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents for accuracy and completeness.

 

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay any applicable broker fees, carrier premiums, taxes, and third‑party charges associated with your services. Unless otherwise specified in writing, fees are non‑refundable once work begins or filings are submitted.

Late or failed payments may result in delays, cancellations, or additional charges from carriers and agencies. You authorize us to communicate with you electronically regarding invoices and payment status.

Compliance & Registrations

For permit and compliance services (including BOIR, DOT, MC, EPN, MCP, BOC‑3, UCR), DMV registration assistance, 2290 road tax, and Clean Truck Check activities, we act as your facilitator. You are responsible for timely providing accurate information and documents and for maintaining ongoing compliance.

Government processing times, approvals, and agency decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee approval or timelines. You remain responsible for any penalties or enforcement actions resulting from.

 

Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our site or services. You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purposes related to insurance and compliance services.

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, business status, motor carrier authority, driving history, loss history, or any other material fact that may affect underwriting or service eligibility.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIREINAINSURANCE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event.
